The Muse Emails

Opportunity

The Muse emails needed to be redesigned after the refresh of the visual identity. This also gave us the opportunity to improve engagement.

Problem

The full suite of emails, including transactional emails, alerts, and a daily newsletter, typically had low engagement.

Solution

Focusing on legibility and information organization, I developed new content tiles, modular career coaching tiles, and a sponsored content module. Plus, I applied the updated look and brought the emails inline with the new visual identity.

Result

Compared to the original emails, engagement increased 20% after launch, except for the Discussions email, which increased 94%.
