Opportunity
After creating three separate websites for the Office of Diversity, I saw an opportunity to combine the stories and resources into a single website. Incorporating all of the content into one place would not only make it easier to find the information, but it would also align better with the Office of Diversity’s initiative.
Solution
I created new mocks featuring personal stories of PwC colleagues from all different backgrounds, information on diversity at PwC, and important resources which would be helpful to any employee, regardless of their position or level.
