Gusto’s Rebrand

Opportunity

Gusto could gain and retain more clients even though they were completing with new agencies that were moving into the government sector. 

Problem

Gusto was well established for over a decade, but their branding was out of date. Both potential and existing clients were looking toward other agencies that has a fresh look. 

Solution

I developed the concept behind Gusto’s visual identity, which is based on a circle to show endless creativity with a simple start. After creating the general look and feel, I led the creative team to develop a suite of illustrations. A few months later, I designed a double-sided poster for a giveaway, featuring sustainability tips. It was folded into a wrapper for a native plant and was given to clients to highlight Gusto’s green commitment.

Result

Gusto was able to keep and gain new clients after the rebrand. Plus, the unique giveaway grabbed a lot of attention and was memorable for many clients.
